Global Health and Humanitarian Action (GHHA) was established by South Sudanese humanitarian workers and professionals in response to the mass displacement of internally displaced persons (IDPs). Its aim is to address the needs of vulnerable groups such as women, children, pregnant mothers, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, street dwellers, and street children. In addition, GHHA conducts awareness campaigns on the prevention of both infectious and non-infectious diseases.
GHHA is registered as a non-profit organization with the South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) under Registration Number 3843. It was established in September 2021 to address the health needs of vulnerable people in South Sudan.
